Elden and Barbara Bartley have been in the drapery business for over 30 years. Elden's mother, Lucille bought her first drapery shop in the small town of Glendale, CA way back in the early 60's. She already had many years of drapery experience and passed this knowledge on to two of her sons, Rudolph and Elden. They followed in her footsteps and each opened his own drapery business here locally. Rudolph moved his business to Florida. Elden and his wife Barbara stayed in Sacramento, CA to carry on the family tradition.
