Sacramento Renal Transplant Support Group

The Sacramento Renal Transplant Support group meets the third Wednesday of the month from 7:00PM to 9:00 PM at the Sacramento Medical Foundation Blood Center at 1625 Stockton Blvd. Education about kidney transplant and the medical follow up involved as well as support from those who have had similar experiences. Other organ transplant recipients are welcome as are family members.

Each month we have a speaker from the health care profession or other inspirational speakers to help broaden our knowledge and understanding of the treatment of End Stage Renal Disease. You will find supportive patients and caregivers who have come together to be proactive and dedicated to living quality lives despite the effects of chronic illness. Mostly, however, you will meet very ordinary people who have extraordinary amounts of courage, compassion and hope. Please join us!!
